About Elzy Wick

Hello! My name is Elzy Wick. I am an Integrative Health and Wellness Coach trainee. I plan on taking the National Board for Health and Wellness certification exam in November 2024. I'm currently in the process of obtaining the necessary practice sessions to sit for this exam. I have spent the last 20 years raising my family and being very active with non-profit organizations that promote opportunities for a healthy and thriving community. I have also taught fitness classes on land and in water, and I practice (mostly!) healthy and clean eating. I am an avid runner, and fitness and yoga enthusiast, and love to be in nature as much as possible. I am interested in preventative health and a holistic approach to one's health and wellness. As your Health and Wellness coach, I look forward to working with you in a partnership to develop goals for optimal health and wellness.
