About Elizabeth Dunbar

Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to check out my bio. My name is Elizabeth Dunbar (she/her/hers), but everyone calls me by my nickname, Libby. I completed the University of Vermont's Integrative Health and Wellness Coaching Certificate Program and national certification exam. I hold a BA degree in Economics and a Master's of Education from the University of Vermont.
I enjoy a rewarding and fulfilling career in higher education where I have extensive experience working with college students as an academic and student services advisor. I have supported students as they find their passion, plan a career path and reach their academic aspirations. I am now combining my expertise in advising with my passion of health and wellness. Health and Wellness Coaching is about your personal journey to your own vision and definition of optimal health. The power to make sustainable behavior change lies within each of us and the best person to start with when looking to make a change is yourself. I would love to help you define and reach your health goals.

• How do you envision your most healthy self?
• How does your sleep impact your overall health?
• What goals do you have for getting enough movement in your daily life?
• How is your nutrition impacting your ability to do the activities you want to do?
• How can your attention to the present help you bring more joy to your life?

I can help you identify your vision, focus on your personal goal, and keep you motivated to make the health changes you want and need. Please email me at rainbowuvm@yahoo.com to set up an initial session. I look forward to helping you realize your health and wellness goals.

Outside of coaching and advising, I love to connect with nature and enjoy the beauty outside no matter the season. Vermont's mountains, rivers, lakes and backroads provide me with boundless opportunities and activities, even better if I can do them with others. My hobbies include hiking, running, skiing, reading with my book club, cooking whole food plant-based meals, and traveling with family and friends. Fun fact about me is that I love cats and share my home with our muted tortoise shell cat that my son named Zelda, yes... she is a princess warrior.
