About Eileen Ashe

Eileen is a Health and Wellness Coach, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. She is a graduate of the University of Maine and completed her dietetic internship at The New York Hospital Cornell Medical Center. She has worked at the University of Vermont Medical Center for 30 years and as a nutrition consultant for several area nursing homes for the past 5 years. Her areas of interest are in kidney disease and dialysis, diabetes and gerontology. Eileen enjoys gardening, baking and being outdoors in all seasons.
