I am a certified Integrative Health and Wellness Coach (NBHWC). I am also a conflict specialist passionate about helping people find more health, happiness, and peace in daily life. I am committed to providing excellent, evidence-based services and am constantly expanding my skills. In addition to almost 60 years of life experience, I have an MBA and an MS in Mediation and Applied Conflict Studies. I am a professional mediator, conflict coach and consultant and I teach for Champlain College.

Beyond my professional life, I am a Mom of two boys, an avid reader, a meditator, and very focused on living a healthy life. I am active every day, rain or shine and I follow the guidance science provides in making health and wellness choices.
