About Conor Kelly

Hello! I am a Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach looking to offer my services to new clients. I've been practicing for the last 3 years and attained my Board Certification in August 2023

I graduated from the University of Vermont in 2023 with a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science and a Minor in Integrative Health and Wellness Coaching. Additionally, I currently act as a Mentor for Health and Wellness Coaching Trainee's in UVM's PACE program.

As a health coach, my services focus on promoting health and wellness through positive behavior change. Sessions will be primarily client led, with a focus on setting, refining, and achieving goals created by the client.
