About Claire Giblin

Hi, I’m Claire. I’m a board-certified wellness coach, specializing in helping burnt-out women thrive in all aspects of their life by transforming exhaustion to energy and joy. My own experience navigating the depths of burnout, both in social work and in the corporate world, is the driving force behind my work.

With a Master’s in Integrative Health Studies, 7+ years in health coaching and education, and corporate leadership experience, I excel in creating an individualized, realistic, whole-person path for burnt-out women, especially those in human helper roles.

By incorporating my other holistic specialties of yoga, guided imagery, and mindfulness I help women explore new ways to recharge and put their wellbeing first. I show up with a fun, grounded, and empathetic style, encouraging us all to get curious and not take ourselves so seriously.
