As a professional herbalist, nutritionist, mother, visionary, and friend of the Earth, I draw from over two decades of education, global exploration, gardening, clinical practice, teaching, and deep personal growth, grounded in a desire to make the world a more beautiful place through education, herbal medicine, healthy food, and right relationship, with self, with others and the world. My calling to both education and holistic health has landed me firmly in my authentic center, allowing me to offer my skills from a place of service and love.
After over 20 years away from Vermont, I have returned to raise my two children in this most special place to grow up. I love traveling, adventure, and play with my children, closeness with Nature, cooking, and spending time by the ocean.
