About Caroline Merkle

Caroline is an alumni from the University of Vermont with a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science. She is also a certified Health and Wellness Coach, recognized by the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaches. Caroline has spent many years working with people as a coach for different team sports and as a swim instructor. She has previously been a lifeguard and swim instructor at the local YMCA and enjoys getting to know the community through her work. Caroline is interested in combining her passion for fitness with her health coaching practice to have a holistic approach to health, that anyone can engage in. Currently Caroline is working as a Research Assistant for the ExPD at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital in Cambridge, MA.
