Thank you for checking out my profile. I am passionate about health, fitness and wellness. I'm a RTR, BSRN, APRN, and completed class work at UVM MC in their Integrative Health and Wellness Coaching Program. I passed the boards this May, 2022. I love people and helping people be their best self! I will walk the walk and talk the talk partnering with you, as the client! I presently work as an Orthopaedic Nurse Practitioner at UVM MC, am an assistant professor in the UVM Graduate NP Program, and a student in the Integrative Health and Wellness Coaching Program at UVM. I love life as much as I love helping others and believe in showing gratitude every single day. I'm an accomplished endurance athlete, training for my 7th Ironman at the World Ironman Championships in Hawaii. I've completed over 35 marathons and too many shorter triathlons/running races to count! My greatest accomplishment is being a mom to two beautiful children, Lex and Eliza. I love the mountains and the water and live in our lakehouse with my partner, Rick.

INTEGRATIVE HEALTH AND WELLNESS COACH CERTIFICATE PROGRAM - NBC-HWC
I offer Health Coaching to any client over the age of 18 and am presently accepting new clients. Our sessions are through zoom. I offer an opportunity for my client to make change that is lasting and sustainable for their everyday lifestyle. Unlike other healthcare providers, a health coach guides 'the client' as the expert in exploring opportunities for their own change.
I also am a Orthopaedic Educator/Consultant and offer one on one consultations while assessing my client's orthopaedic health and offering tools for managing their orthopaedic challenges. This is/can be a part of my client's Health and Wellness coaching.
I also offer Motivational Speaking to small or large groups while motivating with story telling/sharing life experiences primarily around 'getting unstuck' and recognizing that we all can improve on who we are. My mantra "you deserve what you desire" holds true in all facets of my work with people.
