About Caitlin Downey

Caitlin is a 600-hr certified Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist in addition to being a 200-hr certified yoga instructor and has been teaching yoga at Sangha Studio for over 4 years. Currently, she offers private and group Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy sessions and is in training to become an Internationally Accredited Yoga Therapist. Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy integrates all levels of being-- body, mind, and spirit-- by listening closely to what is true in the present moment. Body and breath are used to anchor movement and the experience of inner listening. This embodied experience is an opportunity to inquire deeper into the whole self in a trauma-informed way. Her goal is to meet the client wherever they're at and help them ease their way into their whole self.
