About Bridget Kimsey

Bridget Kimsey has been in the healing arts and sciences for 30 years. She is a certified and registered yoga teacher and yoga therapist, teaching both privately and group classes. She is a licensed and nationally board certified massage therapist. She is a certified medical massage practitioner, with a niche in treating chronic pain issues, recovery from surgery, and help with varying pathologies/illnesses. She is a Reiki practitioner, I.E.T. practitioner, Johrei practitioner and outcome physics based energy medicine worker. She has a foundational training in herbal studies. To put it simply, Bridget has a varied tool kit that she draws on to help people. She sees a wide range of students, clients, and patients. She is very client based- looking to work in one's highest and best good and comfort zone with no agenda except how would one like to proceed, find relief in, and/or change. People are welcome to come to her for yoga, massage, and/or energy medicine- choosing one modality they are interested in or a combination. In assessing one's case, she is also happy to give her recommendation. Bridget currently has her private practice in South Burlington, Vermont. She liasons with various clinics and centers in the area as well.
