About Barbara Mitchell

Was born in upstate NY and have spent most of my life in the Adirondacks. The mother of two adult children have enjoyed an active life hiking, biking and kayaking. Have retired after many years as a dental hygienist in unique settings as well as private practice locally and in the Albany area. Came to yoga later in life hoping to reduce the negative musculoskeletal consequences of my work as a dental hygienist.
