My name is Ava and I am currently studying as a Psychological Science BA major plus a minor in Integrative Health and Wellness Coaching. I am a Health and Wellness Coaching Trainee currently offering FREE practice sessions. In coaching we will work together to grow and nurture yourself through self discovery and small action steps implemented to reach your goals.
