Hello there—I’m Abby! I am currently enrolled in UVM’s Integrative Health and Wellness Coaching Certificate program and am studying for the Integrative Health and Wellness Coach board exam. I am currently accepting clients for complimentary coaching session as I complete my training. Through our virtual sessions we’ll work together to uncover your vision for health and wellness, explore where you are now and set goals to start working towards that optimal vision of health. We’ll work hand-in-hand in supportive, judgement-free partnership where you set the goals and make the plan. I’ll be there to guide and support you as you begin this climb.

Outside of coaching you’ll find me taking walks with my dog, running with friends and listening to Taylor Swift.
